By paying for the deposit or full amount, you are reserving your place within the build queue
You must confirm with BPLW your place within the build queue before placing an order and paying online!
Please note: Refunds can be provided if you are unhappy to wait, and you agree to the following terms:
- You will loose your placement within the build queue for the commission build and go to the back of the queue for any future requests
- An admin charge of £50 will be deducted from your refund
- The cost of materials ordered for your build shall be deducted from your refund
- The refund will be processed within 30 working days
If you complete this order without prior discussion with BPLW (or in error), the admin charge shall still be deducted from your refund
